Kaya Jam is a Southeast Asian caramelized coconut jam steeped with pandan leaves. It's inspired by Singaporean Kaya Toast, which traditionally is served with coffee and a half boiled egg. We're missing the side of egg, but you'll get the coffee in our homemade coffee glaze!
