Return Policy for EC Confections
At EC Confections, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality chocolates and confections. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns on products that are damaged, defective, or do not meet your expectations.
- Perishable items such as chocolates and confections are eligible for return if they are reported as damaged or defective within 1 week of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, unless they are damaged or defective.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.

Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at confections.ec@gmail.com within 1 week of receiving your order.
- Please provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, which may include providing photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

Refund or Replacement:
- Once your return is approved, you may choose to receive a refund or a replacement for the damaged or defective item(s).
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 days after the returned item(s) are received and inspected.
- If you opt for a replacement, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs:
- We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items.
- If you are returning an item for reasons other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the item you desire.

SoDo Donuts Cancellation Policy
We at SoDo Donuts understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as we can. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Timing:
- Within 24 Hours of an Event: We will accept cancellations up to 24 hours before your scheduled event. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund.
- Less than 24 Hours Before an Event: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the event, we will not be able to refund your order.

Pickup Policy:
- Failure to Pickup: If you do not pick up your order within the designated hours provided for the event, you will not receive a refund.
