Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with SoDo Donuts x EC Confections. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Free pickup at SoDo Cafe
Pick up your order at SoDo Cafe inside Hammerling Wines, 1350 5th St, Berkeley, CA 94710. We're open Saturday and Sunday 10am to 3pm, and the first Friday of every month 3pm to 8pm. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready at the counter.

Shipping (EC Confections only)
We ship our chocolates and confections anywhere in the U.S. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination. We don't offer local delivery at this time.

When we ship
Everything is made in small batches, so please allow 2 to 4 business days for us to prepare your order. We ship Monday through Wednesday so your treats never sit in a warehouse over the weekend. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Warm weather
Chocolate and caramel don't love the heat. In warm months we pack orders with an insulated liner and ice packs, and if a heat wave is in the forecast we may hold your order a few days. We'll always let you know.

Holiday orders
To receive your order by December 25, please order by December 12.

Donuts
Our sourdough donuts are filled fresh to order, so they don't ship. Come find them at SoDo Cafe every weekend!

Address check
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't cover orders sent to an incorrect address. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, see our Refund Policy and we'll make it right.
