Shipping Policy

At SoDo Donuts and EC Confections, we take great care to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition. Please read through our shipping policies before placing your order.

Shipping Methods

• Local Delivery: Available within a 10-mile radius of Berkeley, CA. Delivery fees are $10 for a 5-mile radius and $15 plus any applicable bridge tolls for distances up to 10 miles.

• Pickup: Free local pickup is available at our kitchen at 2701 Eighth St. #104, Berkeley, CA 94710. Schedule your pickup during checkout.

• Nationwide Shipping (for EC Confections only): Shipping is available across the U.S. Customers are responsible for 100% of shipping costs, which are calculated by weight.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation, excluding holidays.

• Please allow additional time for handmade or custom products, as these are crafted with care to ensure quality.

Shipping Schedule

• We ship EC Confections Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays and ensure freshness. If local, we can extend the shipping schedule to Thursday or Friday.

• SoDo Donuts are not available for shipping at this time due to their perishable nature.

Warm Weather Shipping

To maintain the quality of our confections during warm weather, orders may include insulated packaging and ice packs. Additional fees may apply.

Important Notes

• Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before placing your order.

• Lost or Damaged Items: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
