At EC Confections, we make a variety of chocolates and confections. We use and source some of the best ingredients we can find including Straus Family Creamery Dairy, Valrhona Chocolate and fresh eggs from Johnson Family Farms. We use organic when possible and all of our packaging is either recyclable or compostable.
